Refund policy

We care deeply about your shopping experience. If you wish to request a refund or return, we offer the following solutions:

Situation 1: Order Cancellation

Once you place an order, we process it immediately — we know you want it quickly! After the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes, as it will already be on its way.

If you need to modify your order, including changes to the address, product replacements, etc., or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before it ships.

Situation 2: Return for Dislike

We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days. With proof of purchase, a full refund can be provided. Damage caused by normal wear and tear does not qualify for a return.

If you need to return an item, please provide the following information so our team can assist you as soon as possible:

• Order number

• Photos/videos of the product

• Refunds do not include return shipping costs.

• Please return the item in its original, unused condition. Items showing wear and tear will not be eligible for a return.

• If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that in this case, no returns or exchanges will be provided.

Situation 3: Received Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize.

Don’t worry! Contact us, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

When contacting us, please provide the order number and photos/videos of the product so our team can assist you as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within one week.
