Yes! We can ship to almost all countries/regions worldwide, with the exception of certain military areas due to shipping restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience and are constantly working to improve this.
 
All orders over $99 are eligible for free worldwide shipping.
Otherwise, standard shipping is $9 within the U.S. and $15 to other countries/regions.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

*Note: Due to the carrier’s system, it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.

Under normal circumstances, our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on the location.
 
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 8-14 business days, while the standard shipping timeframe for other countries/regions is 8-20 business days.
 
If you need to receive your package sooner, we also offer expedited shipping (DHL) as an alternative option.

Due to potential minor delays with the carrier, it may take additional time to update the tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for the updated information to appear on the tracking website.

If you are not home on the day of delivery, please contact the carrier immediately.
In most cases, they will attempt delivery the next business day, or your package will be taken to the local post office/access point, where it will be waiting for you to pick up.

· Finally, enter your payment details. Once ready, click “Pay Now.”
· Wait for shipping. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an order and shipping confirmation email.

If your discount code is not working, please check the following:
 
1、Multiple Codes Activated – Check if any other discount codes are active. Only one code is allowed per order.
2、Expiration – When your discount code comes from our newsletter, it is a special promotion valid for only 24, 48, or 72 hours.
3、Spelling Errors – Discount codes are case-sensitive. Please check for any spelling mistakes and ensure the format is correct.
Once you place your order, we process it immediately — we know you need it quickly! After the order is processed, we cannot make any changes, as it will already be on its way.
 
If you need to modify your order, including changes to the address, product replacements, etc., or if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before it ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Don’t worry! Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If you need to return an item, please send the following information so our team can assist you as soon as possible:
