Shipping Coverage

We can ship to almost all countries/regions worldwide, with the exception of certain military areas due to shipping restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continually working on improving this.

Shipping Fees

All orders over $99 qualify for free worldwide shipping. Otherwise, standard shipping costs $9 within the U.S. and $15 for other countries/regions.

Order Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on the location.

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 8-14 business days, while standard shipping for other countries/regions takes 8-20 business days.

If you need your package urgently, we also offer paid express shipping (DHL) as an alternative option.

Please note: Due to the ongoing global situation and carrier backlogs, slight delays may occur. The logistics chain is not entirely within our control, but we strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package at any time. You can also track your order on our website.
